These techniques work for job interviews, career development conversations with your boss, and networking events.
And as this challenge is spread over a few days, you’ll have time to implement immediately, and get feedback.

What we’ll do:
- We’ll meet on the 13th, 16th and 18th March, at 9.30am UK time, for 20 minutes each
- I’ll share my three-step action plan to enable you to start seeing changes this year.
- You’ll have time to immediately implement each part of the plan, and get feedback in the next session.
- If you can’t attend a session live, the recording will be shared by email.
- I’ll invite you to join a private group on LinkedIn, where you can also ask questions and see how others are using the tools.

About Emily
With 15 years in commercial roles across the travel industry including a decade in B2B hotel distribution (Hotelbeds, GTA, JacTravel) and two years as commercial lead at IHG Hotels & Resorts, I’ve built deep industry expertise across Latin America, Europe, and Asia. These experiences reinforced a truth: ambitious teams often burn out without the right support, and people lose their spark when unsure of their career path.
Now an ICF-accredited coach (ACC), I’ve supported 50+ clients and multiple companies through career growth and business transformation. My coaching is grounded in connection and creating environments where people thrive. I bring a playful, down-to-earth energy to everything I do, because success should be fun, not draining.
Outside of work, I’m a traveler at heart, an advocate for personal growth, and a believer that where you start in life shouldn’t define where you end up or how much fun you have along the way.

Q: Will there be a replay?
A: If you can’t join live, the recording will be shared by email and available for 48 hours. I love an action-taker!
Q: How does the LinkedIn group work?
A: It’s a private invite-only group, so only people registered for my challenges will be invited. Only people in the group can see what you’ve posted, it won’t get shared to the general newsfeed.
