Stepping up into a new role?

Be better than they expected.

(This is the support I wish I’d had when I got my first people management role!)

I only work with two people at a time on this exclusive program

Introducing:

The 100-day accelerator with a co-pilot in your pocket

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to be better than they expected in the next 100 days.

Fit in fast with the new culture, be seen as credible, likeable, and collaborative, while leaving all self-doubt aside.

Be valued, and valuable.

Your menu of training topics is based on the four key pillars to career success:

Why did I create this program?

“You’ve inherited a fucking shitshow.”

That’s what my boss told me when I landed my first people management role, in a new country, during a company merger, with a team of 11 who were at breaking point.

It was anything but easy.

I struggled to make the shift from high-performing individual to team manager, taking on way too much responsibility myself.

I soaked up their emotions like a sponge, leaving me knackered, sleepless and stressed every day.

I found it difficult to admit that I didn’t know something, and this perfectionist streak meant I didn’t ask for help while at the same time pushing myself to my limits.

I didn’t have a moment to catch my breath, let alone plan for the year or be “strategic”.

I felt lonely, exhausted, and convinced that I wasn’t cut out for this job. Was I about to lose everything that I’d worked towards for years?

It took months for my nervous system to catch up (but as you know, in our industry we don’t HAVE months to work things out before something else changes!).

The worst bit is, this is really common and predictable. I hear it from clients (and their managers!) all the time.

And I won’t stand for it any more.

MOMENTUM is the program I wish I’d had then.

  • You deserve to feel confident in the value you bring (and be the person you were in the interview).
  • You deserve support, perspective and a sounding board.
  • You deserve to expand your skills and your identity to match the new role.

You’ve got the job, and the pay increase to match. Now’s the time to show that you’re worth it.

Before you make plans to spend the money on that renovation, fancy holiday or new car, let’s make sure your first months count, cementing your position as an indispensable asset in your new role.

When you’ve taken on a new role, for example stepping up to Director level, or taking on a regional scope, every moment matters.

At a certain level, they don’t give you buddies anymore, right? They just kind of fling you in. So who do you soundboard with?

Your first few months will have a huge impact on your long-term success, credibility, and progression.

I’m here to help with that, through this elite program.

The best time to start MOMENTUM is 2 weeks before your start date. This gives you time to practise using the tools to calm your self-doubt before the whirlwind of onboarding.  The second best time is now. If you’re within the first year of your role, there is still time to steer the ship.

Your priority access:

Emily’s Totally Enormous Resource List: If you want an extra stretch, you have all my favourite books, podcasts, videos and blogs at your fingertips. You’ll keep the access after MOMENTUM has finished, so your learning journey with me never ends.

Menu of training options based on the four key learning tracks: I bring the options, you make the choice. MOMENTUM is bespoke to you. The menu includes real-life frameworks used by commercial experts, Neuro-Linguistic Programming tools and coaching options.

Onboarding and check-in forms: You’re a smart commercial person who wants to see ROI. These self-scoring forms give you the chance to reflect on and measure your progress, and change course if needed.

My guarantee to you:

You will have regular opportunities to let me know what support you need throughout MOMENTUM:

  • Your onboarding and check-in forms
  • Your choice of training each week
  • Ad-hoc through whatsapp, email or google docs comments

If you do the work, share any concerns or wobbles with me straight away, and keep an open mind, I guarantee that by the end of the 100 days you’ll be feeling clear, in control and excited about taking your learnings forward.

Everything that’s included:

Time to decide…

Will you accept your mission to be better than they expected in the next 100 days?

With 15 years in commercial roles across the travel industry, including a decade in B2B hotel distribution with Hotelbeds, GTA, and JacTravel, and two years as commercial lead at IHG Hotels & Resorts, I’ve gained deep industry expertise while working across Latin America, Europe, and Asia. These experiences have not only broadened my cultural understanding but also reinforced a common truth: ambitious commercial teams often struggle under relentless pressure without the right support, and people go from enthusiastic to exhausted when they don’t have the skills they need to excel in their careers.

Now an accredited coach (ACC), I’ve partnered with 50+ clients and multiple companies to help them navigate career growth and business transformation, sustainably. My approach has always been grounded in creating meaningful connections and cultivating environments where people thrive. I bring a playful, down-to-earth energy to my work because I believe success and enjoyment should go hand in hand.

FAQs

Q:  When is the best time to join MOMENTUM?

A: The best time to start MOMENTUM is 2 weeks before your start date. This gives you time to practise using the tools to calm your self-doubt before the whirlwind of onboarding.

The second best time is now. If you’re within the first year of your role, there is still time to steer the ship. You deserve to build your skillset and have a bigger impact on your company and those around you.

Q: When is the best time to book a call?

A: As soon as you know that you’ll be starting a new role.

Even if you have to wait for a visa, or have a 3-month notice period.

You can’t imagine the difference it makes knowing you’ll have a supportive expert and sounding board on your side, ready to help you make an impact. Having a plan reduces the fear of change and those feelings of self-doubt, so you can focus on wrapping up your old job well.

Q: How long is the program?

A: In the 100 days we work together, we’ll get you ready for even longer-term. That’s what momentum is!

The 100 days starts on the day we have our kick-off session, and guides you through your first few months in a new role. It’s also enough time to create systems and habits that will serve you throughout your career.

Q: What support do I get?

A: We have a 90-minute kick-off call, to create a tool for you to calm down the self-doubt and any feelings of imposter syndrome; so you’re not worrying about being the person to disappoint your new boss.

Then, twice a week, we’ll meet for 30 minutes. Normally, one session is to grind and work on what matters, and the other is to upskill – but this is YOUR support so you can let me know what you need most each week.

This program is all about momentum, so you don’t need to wait for our calls to get help. Send me a whatsapp or email, or tag me in your working documents to get my feedback.

Q: What is the investment?

A: The investment is 4 x  £997, including all of the above.

Q: Do you provide refunds?

A: No, I don’t provide refunds.

I believe that everyone who wants one deserves a fulfilling career, and that’s why I’m working to create more pathways for everyone to shine.

A new role or project should excite you, not fill you with dread. I’ve been in those shoes, and I’d love to help you go through this change and come out feeling bigger and bolder.
