Onboarding Interview
To make sure we work at the right pace for your company and your foundership level, we’ll have an in-depth conversation about your biggest blockers, your dreams and your processes.
Then each month:
45 mins CEO time
This is time ON your business, allowing you to step out of the weeds and take the long view. Step out of reactive mode and into calm, composed CEO mode. I’ll lead the group with tools, frameworks and a bit of NLP magic to make sure the change actually happens.
1 hour of bespoke 1:1 focus on you and your business
This is where we really upgrade you as a founder, as the biggest lever in your business. We might remove that icky feeling that’s stopping you from selling, we might build your sales funnel, we might understand how your company solves hotels’ problems. I’ll stretch you out of your comfort zone, and give you space to lean into what’s feeling uncomfortable. This time is just for you. One of my clients called his first 1:1 session a ‘come to mama’ moment.
2 hour ImpleMENTOR session
Time to really get sh*t done. The deep work that needs focus, or the thing you’ve been avoiding. The group states what they’re working on, and then works on it at the same time, from different locations. This really works for ADHD brains! And I’m on hand if you get stuck, want feedback on your work or need a quick chat to clear your head.
45 mins Close and Connect
Celebrating wins is essential if you want to build resilience. This session is to share your success stories, then celebrate and connect with other founders in small groups to close out the month.
AND you’re in a Telegram group with other founders in travel and hotel tech.
This is where you can ask for advice, vent your frustrations, and know that you’re not alone.
I’ll be on hand to share my feedback, and most importantly there’s a room of other people who get exactly what you’re going through, and might have solved your problem before.

Why me, and why Magnetic Foundership™?
Hi, I’m Emily! I’m celebrating 15 years of being in the industry by working with founders, entrepreneurs and freelancers to do what they care about as well as they possibly can.
I spent most of my corporate career convincing hotels to do what my company needed them to do, but I was never one for bullying or intimidation tactics. As someone who actually cares more about people than profit, I made sure to build strong relationships with my hotel partners and find that magical overlap of what they wanted and what I could offer.
Then I hopped over to the ‘dark side’ and learned to speak the Hotelexicon™ so you don’t have to. I’m certified in Hotel Industry Analytics, so basically I’m fluent in acronyms. Two years inside a huge global hotel company really teaches you a thing or two about why hotels say yes… and no.
Now I’m the Chief Magnet Maker, a qualified coach and NLP practitioner, and use those skills together with my experience across three continents to support founders turn their dreams into plans. I’m building my business at the same time you’re building yours, and I won’t gatekeep what I’m learning.
I’ve helped my clients get over the cringe of selling, sign their first hotel clients, step up into the boldest version of themselves and make their business visible on stages and on podcasts. I won’t let you get stuck with a great idea and no plan to get there.

Q: So what’s included?
A: Each month we come together as a group for: 45 minutes of CEO time, 2 hours of deep work with me on hand to get you unstuck or give feedback on your project, and 45 minutes to celebrate wins and catch up with fellow founders. Then you get 1 x 1hr bespoke session which is completely unique, based on you, your business and what you need to level up. I’ve got lots of tools in my back pocket to help you with whatever you need in the moment.
Q: How long is the program?
A: We work in 6-month blocks, this makes sure that you see the impact and really level up your business.
Q: What if I can’t make the live calls?
A: CEO time will be recorded so you can watch it back each month. Your 1:1 session is arranged around your schedule. Close and Connect and the ImpleMENTOR session are only available live, so I’d recommend committing the time in your diary to this, like the CEO you are.
Q: What’s the investment?
