Working with you to make you commercially magnetic.
I help travel and hotel tech founders get out of their echo chamber, sell easily and naturally, and get more eyeballs on their business.

Those decisions that keep piling up. The thing you can’t talk about with your team. The blind spots you don’t even know you have.
Let’s work on them together.
You don’t have to run your business alone, even as a solo founder. If you’re already running a business and want to be the best you can be, this program is for you.
Ongoing support, a sounding board and a co-pilot beside you for the next 6 months.
As a solo founder in hotel or travel tech, it’s easy to feel like you’re working in a bubble, with no one to talk to except Claude. There’s endless free advice on the internet, but how do you know what will work for you?
You’re wearing EVERY. SINGLE. HAT. Founder, salesperson, marketer, product manager, customer success and CEO. It’s exciting. But it’s exhausting. And it feels like you’re doing it all alone.
As the founder, you’re both the biggest lever and the biggest limiter for your business. It takes consistent work to become the founder your business needs next. You don’t have to do it alone.
That’s where I come in. I turn dreams into plans.
The Magnetic Foundership™ Co-Pilot is a program of ongoing support over 6 months, for founders who already have a pretty good idea of what they’re doing, but don’t want to keep second-guessing if they could be doing it better. This isn’t about patching up a problem, or making a completely new plan (unless you need one). It’s about sharpening the saw and levelling up to be the founder your business needs next.
With 15 years’ of travel & hospitality experience and as an accredited coach, I’m there to ensure your plans make sense, to shine a light on your blind spots and to keep you honest.
This is for you if…
- You’re procrastinating on big decisions while keeping very busy with the daily grind
- You can find yourself in an echo chamber with only Claude for company
- You sometimes wonder how you’ve got this far
- You know you’re holding yourself back from the next level… from posting on LinkedIn, from speaking in public, from pitching to clients
- You’ve never quite fitted into the corporate pigeon-hole
- Your mind is either going in 3000 directions at the same time, or you’ve lost your creative streak
- You’d like to not feel so alone as you build your business
Imagine…
- Having someone to keep you honest, the perfect sounding board who helps you think better
- More clarity and more structure in your business and in your brain
- Knowing that your blind spots and inconsistencies will be called out, kindly
- Levelling up in different areas of your business
- Being pushed (a little bit!) out of your comfort zone to create bigger opportunities for your company
- Dedicated time each month to work ON the business not IN the business
Is this you?
- A founder or entrepreneur in travel, travel tech or hotel tech
- Either a solo founder or wearing lots of hats in the business
- Ready to level up (yourself and your business)
- You have skin in the game and want to get it right
- You’re already running a business, and know that to get more out of it you need to think differently
- On the lookout for a travel and hotel industry expert to support you
Picture this:
- You have dedicated time each month to work ON the business, not just IN the business
- You don’t have to work it all out by yourself, because you have a thinking partner who gets it and gets you
- There’s structure and a plan, but always some wiggle room to deal with what’s actually happening in your world
- You’re creating more opportunities for your company and yourself as a founder, magnetising people to work with you (and maybe for you)
- It all feels a bit less icky and a bit less lonely
- You’ve got someone in your corner who knows the industry and can help you spot things you hadn’t seen, and who has the skills and tools to help you keep levelling up as a founder.
From 1 hotel to 35 hotels onboarded.
From industry outsider to thought leader in hotel tech. From scrappy founder to big goals and clear plans.
When Daniel came to me, Eccobell had just secured funding, with one hotel online and all investors’ eyes on their growth plans. He hadn’t worked in the industry before. Together, we worked on him speaking the Hotelexicon™, defining his ICP, building a clear sales and buying process and expanding his team.
Here’s what he has to say:
“Working 1:1 with Emily has been genuinely transformative for me. She created the space to step back from the day-to-day noise and really focus on what I wanted to achieve, both personally and professionally. Her coaching helped me set clear, measurable goals and gave me the confidence to move towards them with structure and purpose.
Emily challenged me to look at my blind spots and to reframe obstacles as opportunities. She guided me through understanding how decision-makers think, and how to align my approach with what actually matters to them. That shift in perspective has been critical in sharpening my conversations and building stronger relationships.
On a personal level, Emily’s support has been just as impactful. She helped me work through moments of self-doubt and imposter syndrome, encouraging resilience, balance, and a better sense of leadership. She pushed me to delegate more, to communicate more effectively, and to grow into the version of myself that both I and those around me need.
The impact has been both practical and personal. I’m clearer on my path, more confident in my decisions, and more resilient when challenges arise. Emily hasn’t just helped me achieve goals, she’s helped me believe in my ability to grow and scale with purpose.“

Introducing: The Magnetic Foundership™ Co-Pilot
6 months of ongoing support to get you commercially magnetic from someone who gets it
Here’s what happens:
Onboarding
To make sure we work at the right pace for your company and your foundership level, you’ll answer a series of questions before we start. This will include the areas of business you want to focus on (GTM planning, sales strategy, founder brand-building, prioritisation and planning etc.), any obstacles you’ve faced so far, and what your big ambitions are.
Then:
1:1 sessions twice-monthly
Bespoke to you, these sessions are where we work on you as a founder, and on plans for your business. I’ll use a combo of my coaching skills, NLP techniques, my HOTEL sales methodology and my 15 years of experience in travel tech and hospitality to challenge you, support you and ready you to get out there and be your best self.
Emily’s Totally Enormous Resource List
For all my high achievers out there who want MORE brain-upgrading content, this is my Aladdin’s cave of blogs, videos, podcasts and books that have changed my perspective. It’s categorised according to The Pilot Principle®. It’s yours to keep and is constantly being updated.
Asynchronous support through a private Telegram channel
When you’re doing this kind of work, it doesn’t neatly fit into the coaching sessions. Maybe your best ideas come in the shower or when out with the dog 💩 That’s why we’ll also have a private Telegram channel where you can share ideas, get my feedback on your work, and share wins.

Your investment for The Magnetic Foundership™ Co-Pilot:

- Yes, time is money, and this time is spent ON your business and upgrading you as a founder. It’s the foundation, not a distraction.
- Yes, you could spend this money on Google Ads instead – but are you sending the most magnetic message?
- Yes, you can get free advice on the internet. Do those people know YOU? Do they know YOUR BUSINESS? And do they know the industry?

Daniel Ojeme, the founder and CEO of Eccobell, a guest experience startup, speaks about how working with me revolutionised how they approach sales conversations:

Why me, and why Magnetic Foundership™?
Hi, I’m Emily! I’m celebrating 15 years of being in the industry by working with founders, entrepreneurs and freelancers to do what they care about as well as they possibly can.
I spent most of my corporate career convincing hotels to do what my company needed them to do, but I was never one for bullying or intimidation tactics. As someone who actually cares more about people than profit, I made sure to build strong relationships with my hotel partners and find that magical overlap of what they wanted and what I could offer.
Then I hopped over to the ‘dark side’ and learned to speak the Hotelexicon™ so you don’t have to. I’m certified in Hotel Industry Analytics, so basically I’m fluent in acronyms. Two years inside a huge global hotel company really teaches you a thing or two about why hotels say yes… and no.
Now I’m the Chief Magnet Maker, a qualified coach and NLP practitioner, and use those skills together with my experience across three continents to support founders turn their dreams into plans. I’m building my business at the same time you’re building yours, and I won’t gatekeep what I’m learning.
I’ve helped my clients get over the cringe of selling, sign their first hotel clients, step up into the boldest version of themselves and make their business visible on stages and on podcasts. I will never let you get stuck with a great idea and no plan to get there.
FAQ
Q: Who is this for?
A: It’s for you! If you’re a founder, entrepreneur or freelancer in travel, travel tech or hotel tech, working solo or with a small team. It’s for you if you want someone to bounce ideas around with, you know you’ve got what it takes to be successful if you could just focus on the right stuff, and you’re willing to put the work in. It’s for you if you’ve already got some systems and processes in place, and you’re looking to make things better. You’re not starting at the beginning, but you know we never stop learning. (If it feels more like there’s one particular thing you need to sort out, Launchpad might be a better fit for you).
Q: So what’s included?
A: Two sessions per month for six months, and a private Telegram channel for when your best ideas come to you when walking the dog. All based on what I know about you and your business from the onboarding document. We’ll make a roadmap at the start, but there’s always room for manoeuvre depending on what’s happening in your business. Then there’s Emily’s Totally Enormous Resource List; I’m a learning magpie and here’s where you’ll find my favourite books, podcasts and videos. I’ve got lots of tools in my back pocket to help you with whatever you need in the moment, as an accredited coach (ACC) and an NLP practitioner.
Q: Some of this sounds a bit… unorthodox.
A: Yep, some of it is weird and woo woo and that’s why it works better than attending a sales training. You’re not a frontline sales rep in a big machine, you’re THE founder, so we are levelling YOU up. That needs a special approach and understanding of what makes human brains tick, how to keep you motivated and how to stop you self-sabotaging. Trust me, it works.
Q: How long is the program?
A: This ongoing support lasts for 6 months (ish). I know life be lifeing so if a few sessions trickle over, it’s fine.
Q: How do we schedule this thing?
A: All the calls are live and 1:1, so we’ll schedule them around you. It’s best to pop them all in the calendar from the beginning, and if something unavoidable comes up we can tweak.
Q: Why work with Emily on this?
A: I’ve worked on both sides of the negotiating table, as a hotel partner and in a global hotel chain, so I know what makes hotels say yes… and no. I’m the kind of person who can’t leave things well enough alone, and I’m constantly spotting ways to improve things: communication, processes, plans. And now I’m an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, meaning I adhere to their code of ethics, have trained for 60 hours, had 10 hours of mentoring and to date have coached 52 people for 280 hours. I’m also a certified Neurolinguistic Programming practitioner. I can help you think better, do more and be your best self.
Q: What’s the investment?
A: It’s £3000 all in.
